Information we collect
Information you provide includes your name, company, role, independent-attendee choice, contact details and interests; registration language, event source and consent records; account identity, membership applications and review records. When you pay, we record wallet addresses, network, order amount, transaction ID, confirmation and refund records. We never ask for wallet private keys or recovery phrases.
How we use information
We use it to save registrations, verify sign-in, contact you about selected interests, process membership applications, verify payments, arrange benefits and provide support. Registration or sign-in does not imply consent to unrelated marketing. We also process necessary request information and security logs to limit duplicate submissions, abuse and unauthorized access.
Service providers & external platforms
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for accounts and database services, and Resend for sign-in codes. Google sign-in uses the basic identity information it provides. Wallet connections use Reown or a compatible connection service. Information may be processed in regions where these providers operate. Only authorized team members may handle customer information.
WeChat and HiGo provide their own services under their own rules. Clicking a link does not mean your registration information has been submitted to HiGo, nor does browsing establish group membership, registration or benefit activation.
Local storage & blockchain records
Necessary sign-in storage maintains your session, and an event-registration receipt lets us bring in your own details. If payment confirmation is interrupted, your browser session may temporarily retain the order and transaction IDs for retrying confirmation. Wallet addresses and transactions on the blockchain are public; the website cannot delete or change on-chain records.
Retention & management
We retain information as needed for registration follow-up, account services, membership fulfilment, payment verification and dispute handling. You may request access, corrections, an end to follow-up or deletion. We verify the requester's identity and explain any records needed for unfinished transactions, disputes or retention requirements. Deleting website records does not delete public blockchain records.
